According to the Turkish Commercial Code , there is no right of return or withdrawal for foodstuffs  . However, since we care about the satisfaction of our valued customers, we return the orders that have not been shipped, scattered during transportation, lost their quality, or repeat the order free of charge. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have to leave your address while your order is on the way, or if your order does not reach your special or event days.

Store in a dry and cool  place (16-22 C). Keep away from heat sources (heater, stove, etc.), light, odor and moisture. Never put it in the refrigerator. Protect from sunlight.

If your order is a gift, please create an account with your own information. In the shipping information, (name, address, phone, email) enter the information of the people you send gifts to. If you're sending as a surprise and don't want the recipient to be notified before delivery, enter your email and phone information in the shipping information email and phone information. Thus, when we need to communicate about the order and delivery, we will contact you directly and we will not spoil your surprise :)
