* Is there any risk of damage/melting during shipping?
Since we send your orders in protected boxes, they are not directly affected by the ambient temperature. In July and August, the inside of the box remains cool because we pack it with coolant gel. The most common and inaccurate information about chocolate is that it should be stored in the refrigerator and will melt if not stored in the refrigerator. In fact, the temperature is not a problem for real chocolate 15 - 27 C is. In a cool environment, chocolate will not be damaged. However, despite all these precautions, if your order is damaged during shipping, we will repeat the order free of charge if you send us photos or whatsapp on the day of delivery.
* How should we store chocolate?
To keep your chocolates fresh for a long time and to prevent whitening, store them in a cool, dry place (18-24 C), away from sunlight. Keeping it in the refrigerator will cause the chocolate to whiten. Temperatures above 30 ° C cause melting. Melting and whitening are purely physical changes. They do not cause loss of nutritional value or health risk, but they reduce the quality of flavor and spoil the texture of chocolate.
* I will send as a gift, do you send invoice or receipt with the gift?
If your order is sent as a gift, we send your product with a waybill without any value shown. We send you the receipt or invoice by email.
* Can I cancel my order or return the chocolates I received?
Unfortunately no, if the product is shipped to you. Because even if the product arrives back to us without any problems, it is not possible to sell the same product to another customer in terms of both hygiene and food safety. Even if we get that product back, it has no commercial value and we have to destroy it. However, if the product is damaged or if there is a problem caused by us when you receive, we will repeat your order free of charge. According to Turkish trade law, there is no right of withdrawal and return of food products. However, if the product was not shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel it without any reduction.
