Kurye ve Kargo ile gönderim sadece kutulu çikolatalar için uygundur. Söz/Nişan tepsi ve gondol çikolatalar yolda zarar görme ihtimalleri yüksek olduğu için sadece mağazamızdan teslim edilmektedir.

İzmir İçi Kurye ile Aynı Gün Teslimat

* Pazar hariç hergün saat 11:30'a kadar verilen siparişler aşağıdaki bölgelere aynı gün, saat 11:30 dan sonra verilen siparişler ise ertesi gün teslim edilir. Teslim hizmeti Pazar günü hariç haftanın her günü saat 14:00 ile 18:00 arasında gerçekleştirilir. Dilerseniz bu bölgelere önceden tarih seçerek planlı gönderi de yapabilirsiniz.

* Aşağıdaki tabloda 1-2-3-4-9 ile numaralandırılmış bölgelere saat 13:30 a kadar verdiğiniz siparişler akşam 18:00 ile 21:00 saatleri arasında teslim edilebilir.

* 190 TL ve üzeri siparişlerde bu semtlere teslimat ücretsiz olarak, daha az siparişlerde ise 75 TL karşılığında gerçekleştirilir.

Bu bölgelere vereceğiniz siparişleriniz aynı gün kargoya verilmekte, kargoda olağanüstü bir durum yaşanmazsa ertesi gün teslim edilmektedir.

Kargo ile Tüm Türkiye'ye Gönderim

Kurye dağıtım kapsamı dışında kalan İzmir İlçe/Mahallelerine ve Tüm Türkiye'ye saat 14:00 e kadar alınan siparişler aynı gün, 14:00 den sonraki siparişler ertesi gün Yurtiçi kargoya teslim edilerek gönderilir. 190 TL ve üzeri siparişlerde bu bölgelere kargo ücretsiz olarak, daha az siparişlerde ise 75 TL karşılığında gerçekleştirilir. Haziran, Temmuz, Ağustos aylarında çikolatalarımız soğutucu akü ile ısı izolasyonlu kutularda gönderilmektedir. Siparişler il merkezlerine genellikle 1 gün sonra, ilçelere 2 gün içinde teslim edilmektedir.

Bazı köy ve kasabalara haftanın belli günleri teslimat yapılır. - Bazı bölgelere ve Askeri birliklere sadece ptt kargo teslimat yapmaktadır ve gönderim süresi standart sürelerin dışında gerçekleşebilmektedir. Bu durumlarda onay alınarak kargolama yapılır.

Kargo ile Yurtdışı Gönderim (Haziran-Temmuz-Ağustos Hariç)

Gönderim süreleri gözönüne alınarak çikolataların zarar görmemesi adına sadece belirli Avrupa ülkelerine (Almanya, Avusturya, Belçika, İngiltere/Birleşik Krallık, Danimarka, Fransa, Hollanda, İrlanda, İspanya, İsviçre, İtalya, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaka, Portekiz, San Marino, Yunanistan) yurtdışı teslimat yapılmaktadır. Siparişleriniz ortalama 2 ile 3 işgünü içinde teslim edilmektedir. Teslimat süresi ülkelere göre değişiklik gösterir. Gümrük ve mücbir sebepler nedeniyle gecikmeler olabilir. Sipariş ağırlığına göre kargo ücretleri değişkenlik göstermektedir. Sipariş aşamasında alışveriş sepeti sayfasında ödeme öncesi kargo ücretini görebilirsiniz.

* Is there any risk of damage/melting during shipping?

Since we send your orders in protected boxes, they are not directly affected by the ambient temperature. In July and August, the inside of the box remains cool because we pack it with coolant gel. The most common and inaccurate information about chocolate is that it should be stored in the refrigerator and will melt if not stored in the refrigerator. In fact, the temperature is not a problem for real chocolate 15 - 27 C is. In a cool environment, chocolate will not be damaged. However, despite all these precautions, if your order is damaged during shipping, we will repeat the order free of charge if you send us photos or whatsapp on the day of delivery.

* How should we store chocolate?

To keep your chocolates fresh for a long time and to prevent whitening, store them in a cool, dry place (18-24 C), away from sunlight. Keeping it in the refrigerator will cause the chocolate to whiten. Temperatures above 30 ° C cause melting. Melting and whitening are purely physical changes. They do not cause loss of nutritional value or health risk, but they reduce the quality of flavor and spoil the texture of chocolate.

* I will send as a gift, do you send invoice or receipt with the gift?

If your order is sent as a gift, we send your product with a waybill without any value shown. We send you the receipt or invoice by email.

* Can I cancel my order or return the chocolates I received?

Unfortunately no, if the product is shipped to you. Because even if the product arrives back to us without any problems, it is not possible to sell the same product to another customer in terms of both hygiene and food safety. Even if we get that product back, it has no commercial value and we have to destroy it. However, if the product is damaged or if there is a problem caused by us when you receive, we will repeat your order free of charge. According to Turkish trade law, there is no right of withdrawal and return of food products. However, if the product was not shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel it without any reduction.

* How can I get detailed information about site operation and online shopping?
