However, because we care about the satisfaction of our valued customers, we refund the orders that have not been shipped, are scattered during transportation, lost their quality, or repeat the order free of charge. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have to leave the address you are at while your order is on the way, and if your order does not reach your special days or events.

If your order is a gift, please create an account with your own information. In the shipping information (name, address, phone, email), enter the information of the people you send gifts to.
