In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of return and withdrawal for foodstuffs. However, because we care about the satisfaction of our valued customers, we refund the orders that have not been shipped, are scattered during transportation, lost their quality, or repeat the order free of charge. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have to leave the address you are at while your order is on the way, and if your order does not reach your special days or events.

Store in a dry and cool place (16-22 C). Keep away from heat sources (heater, stove, etc.), light, odor and moisture. Absolutely do not refrigerate. Protect from sunlight.

If your order is a gift, please create an account with your own information. In the shipping information (name, address, phone, email), enter the information of the people you send gifts to. If you are sending it as a surprise and do not want the person you send the gift to be informed before the delivery, enter your email and phone information in the email and phone information in the shipping information. Thus, when we need to communicate about the order and the delivery, we will contact you directly and do not cause your surprise :)
